Overview
As Data Product Owner you steer IT4IT data products to meet consumer and regulatory needs, shaping vision, roadmap and backlog. You will collaborate with engineering squads, data specialists and risk/compliance stakeholders to create reusable, trustworthy data products that support regulatory reporting and engineering decisions. You translate complexity into clear products with measurable value, balancing quality, risk and delivery feasibility. This role sits at the crossroads of data, engineering and governance within the Tech4Engineering Tribe. You’ll work to unlock scalable, insightful data foundations for DORA, OCiR reporting, Nexa and related use cases.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Set the product direction with a clear vision and roadmap for data products, balancing consumer value, data quality, risk, compliance and feasibility.
- Create trusted data products by collaborating with data engineers, analysts, architects and regulatory stakeholders to ensure discoverability, accessibility and lineage.
- Turn consumer and regulatory needs into tangible outcomes and measurable value, guiding prioritization across value, risk and delivery capacity.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore squads to deliver reusable data foundations for current and future use cases.
- Communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly to business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent roles
- strong product thinking and stakeholder management skills
- experience working with DevOps squads
- ability to define problems and desired outcomes and translate into a backlog
- prior experience with data products, data management or engineering platforms is a plus
- familiarity with IT4IT data, data quality, governance or data lifecycle management is valuable
- knowledge of cloud data platforms, APIs, data modelling, analytics or reporting is helpful
