Overview
In this role you will lead US GAAP reporting and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate results through SAP, HFM/EPM Cloud and related tools. You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, auditors and local advisors while maintaining strong controls over reconciliations, intercompany balances and audit deliverables. You’ll develop the team, drive delivery excellence, and grow technical capabilities within a dynamic, multinational environment. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape complex reporting and governance across entities and jurisdictions.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead period close procedures and US GAAP reporting for HQ entities and Offshore portfolio across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure accurate reporting through SAP, HFM/EPM Cloud and related tools
- Review reconciliations, intercompany balances, currency impacts and supporting documentation
- Manage cross-charge processes and coordination with internal stakeholders and counterparties
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring workload balance and timely delivery
- Oversee data collection and reporting for Corporate Tax, including quarterly forecasts
- Support Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) preparation and submission
- Coordinate responses to requests from Corporate Tax, Treasury, Legal and external advisors
- Oversee statutory audits across jurisdictions and manage interim/annual financial statements
- Ensure consistency between local GAAP/IFRS and US GAAP reporting and audit documentation
- Drive process improvement, standardization and control enhancements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 9+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit or tax compliance
- Experience in a multinational organization
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/local GAAP reporting
- Experience with statutory financial statements and external audits
- Experience with SAP and reporting/consolidation systems such as HFM, EPM Cloud/FCCS or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA preferred
