Overview
As a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager at Picnic, you will lead day-to-day operations across shifts, driving safety, quality, and productivity through data-driven improvements. You own area performance and translate insights into concrete actions on the floor. You manage major incidents, planning escalations and Lean initiatives to remove friction in daily operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-volume, scalable fulfilment environment. This role offers the chance to shape operations at a fast-growing, international company.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead daily operations and drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Own day-to-day and weekly performance for your area (inbound or outbound) ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs
- Provide hands-on leadership across multiple shifts to drive engagement, retention, and strong floor leadership
- Handle major incidents and set productivity inputs; manage planning escalations as needed
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction in daily operations
- Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness, timeliness, and perfect deliveries
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment
