Overview
In this role you own the long-term performance of a value stream within Picnic’s automated Utrecht fulfilment site, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead multiple teams across shifts, partnering with site and operations leaders to translate site goals into daily action and develop strong operational leaders. Expect hands-on leadership in a high-volume, automated environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable, high-performance operations. You will shape the KPI roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to sustain excellence and growth.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- End-to-End ownership of value stream performance and KPI roadmap
- Lead day-to-day operations through coaching of supervisors and captain teams
- Data-driven process optimization to improve efficiency, flow, and reliability
- Champion daily Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain 5S standards and safe, organized operational conditions
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, analysts, and last-mile teams to ensure seamless operations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or automated operations
- Hands-on experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments
- Lean and continuous improvement experience in complex operations
- Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows
- Proven ability to lead teams of leaders and deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with Tableau and Excel
- Willingness to occasionally work operational shifts to stay close to the operation
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
