Overview
In this role you drive the planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical trials to meet timelines, quality, and regulatory expectations. You collaborate with CROs, internal teams, and investigators to ensure study integrity and risk management. You will manage study deliverables, site activation, and trial data review in a fast-growing, science-driven environment. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Plan, set up, and conduct global clinical trials aligned with timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain trial oversight with accurate documentation and inspection readiness
- Collaborate with CROs and internal stakeholders on site feasibility, activation, and ongoing management
- Oversee service providers, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality to meet study expectations
- Support risk identification and mitigation across the trial lifecycle through risk-based quality management
- Manage protocol deviations and trial-level issues with proper documentation and escalation
- Assist trial data review and performance tracking for issue identification
- Work in a global, matrixed team, building relationships with internal teams, vendors, and investigators
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of clinical trial management experience in pharma/biotech
- Solid understanding of ICH/GCP regulations and the clinical development lifecycle
- Experience managing global, multi-center trials in a complex, matrixed organization
- Project management and service provider oversight skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Oncology and/or therapeutic-area experience is highly desirable
