Overview
In this Senior Regional Supply Planner role, you will lead regional supply planning and inventory management for the EMEA region within the IBP/S&OP framework. You will balance demand, supply and capacity across a multi-site network, partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and Operations. The position emphasizes strategic planning with hands-on execution to improve service, performance, and working capital. You will drive inventory optimization and support supply chain transformation, making a meaningful impact on the regional supply chain.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead the EMEA regional supply planning process within the IBP/S&OP cycle
- Develop annual, quarterly, and rolling supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
- Create and maintain RCCP to optimize manufacturing capacity
- Balance production capacity, inventory, and sourcing across plants and distribution locations
- Facilitate monthly Supply Review meetings and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance
- Maintain planning parameters and master data in JDE and related systems
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Significant experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning in manufacturing
- Experience within S&OP/IBP framework
- Experience balancing service levels, working capital, and operations
- Cross-functional and international collaboration experience
- Experience in chemical, lubricant, automotive, metals, FMCG, or related sectors is advantageous
- Experience with ERP planning systems; JDE preferred
