Overview
As Site Supervisor for international datacenter projects, you lead installation and commissioning of low- to medium-voltage systems across global sites. You coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and customers to keep projects on time and within budget. You work from Siemens Netherlands HQ in The Hague, driving safety, quality, and operational excellence on site. You will shape how complex energy distribution and automation systems are delivered in a multinational environment. This role offers hands-on impact in high-stakes data-center buildouts with a clear growth path.

- salary EUR 3,800 - 5,500 plus 1,200 abroad bonus

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ensure adherence to site guidelines, processes and procedures across operations
- Oversee on-schedule, on-budget, and quality-compliant site administration
- Represent the site in project decision-making with management, customers and team
- Coordinate contractors before and during execution of work
- Assess construction risks and opportunities and manage change procedures
- Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, quality and EHS guidelines
- Lead a functional team of qualified employees
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Higher-education qualification in electrical engineering or vocational electrical engineering with extensive experience
- Proven professional experience in the field
- Intercultural experience preferred
- Willing to work on international projects for extended periods
- Business-fluent in English; Dutch desirable
- Drivers license and EU passport; address in the Netherlands
- Ability to work 3 weeks on/1 week off or longer site stays
