Overview
In this role you will support ESA’s Purchase Office, handling end-to-end purchase orders and supplier interactions. You will work within an international, multidisciplinary environment across ESTEC, ESRIN, and ESAC to ensure compliant procurement. You’ll tackle challenges in route selection, quotations, and documentation, while contributing to harmonised practices. This is a hands-on opportunity to advance a procurement career with a respected European organisation.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyse Purchase Requests and select the appropriate procurement route
- Prepare RFQ documents and communicate with suppliers
- Evaluate quotations and generate Purchase Orders
- Support commercial negotiations and maintain procurement documentation
- Provide procurement advice to ESA customers
- Contribute to harmonisation of procurement practices across ESA establishments
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Ability to independently manage the complete Purchase Order process
- Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system
- Strong organisational and communication skills; fluent English
