Overview
In this role you design and implement production lines for high-volume manufacturing, optimizing processes to boost efficiency and quality. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, quality professionals, and project teams to deliver reliable manufacturing solutions. You’ll set up real-time monitors to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency while mentoring the production team through project ramp-up. This is an opportunity to shape substrate-panel manufacturing and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace context. You will work onsite with a flexible start window and contribute to a culture of lean excellence.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; strong continuous improvement experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing/design/production with Lean project experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities; capable mentor
- English mandatory; Dutch proficiency preferred
- Onsite work readiness within The Hague area; flexible start between 07:00–09:00
