Overview
As an AI Data Associate, you will contribute to reliable AI development by preparing and labeling multi-modal data with high accuracy. You’ll work within a diverse team to support responsible AI deployment and quality improvements. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to handle varied data types across text, speech, audio, image, and video. You will help translate data insights into actionable improvements, enabling scalable and trustworthy AI solutions. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of data quality and AI impact.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy
- Label data across modalities (text, speech, audio, image, video) following guidelines and KPIs
- Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities
- Make sound judgments in ambiguous situations
- Maintain eye for detail and switch categorizations as needed
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks
- Analyze root causes and propose improvements to labeling quality
- Identify and suggest changes to day-to-day processes and tools to unblock operations
- Provide floor support and clarify internal queries during execution
- Contribute to foundational labeling tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Associate’s Degree or related work experience
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
- Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+
- Strong business writing, reports, proposals, and professional correspondence
- Advanced reading comprehension of complex business documents
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects
- Proficient research skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents
