Overview
As Regional Technical Program Manager, you steer end-to-end field execution for hyperscale data centers, PoPs, and core optical networks. You lead cross-functional programs to standardize field work, ensure vendor readiness, and maintain schedules, budgets, and safety. You collaborate with capacity delivery, supply chain, and partners to remove blockers and accelerate delivery. You drive process improvements and governance across SLAs, POs, and audits. This role blends hands-on field expertise with strategic program management to enable reliable, scalable network operations.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage end-to-end regional field deployment and maintenance across data centers, PoPs, and DWDM/optical transport sites
- Lead global program workstreams using charters, WBS, roadmaps, and risk registers to standardize field execution
- Oversee vendor readiness and quality through audits, optical/hardware validation, and EHS enforcement
- Ensure operational, commercial, and financial discipline (SLAs, SOWs, POs, accruals, invoicing, dispatch queues)
- Collaborate with capacity delivery, supply chain, and partners to remove blockers and increase velocity
- Conduct on-site technical field audits and utilise operational telemetry to drive improvements
- Governing external vendors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget
- Drive process improvements and governance for live-network operations across regions
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 2 years of experience in technical program management for physical network infrastructure or telecom operations
- Experience with physical network field deployment or 24x7 field operations in data centers or CLS
- Fluent English for client relationship management
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
- Effective communication and stakeholder management

- Experience with OTDR, BERT, OLTS and fiber standards
- Vendor management against SLAs and KPIs, including SOWs and POs
