Overview
In this Team Lead role, you drive world-class service and a premium Nike brand experience on the sales floor. You will coach and motivate teammates, support daily operations, and help hit sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions. You act as a brand ambassador, resolve issues with store leadership, and ensure Nike standards are met. You’ll contribute to cross-functional areas focused on commercial, athlete, and consumer experience.
