- Lead and inspire a cross-regional team of Global Account Directors and Business Development Managers.
- Translate vertical strategy into actionable global account plans and growth initiatives.
- Align global strategy with local execution by collaborating with regional and functional leaders and the Enterprise Vertical Lead.
- Monitor performance against revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets; drive continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration, ownership, and accountability across the global account organization.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Significant commercial leadership experience (10–15 years) within global supply chain and logistics.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex customer portfolios and delivering sustainable growth across multiple regions.
- Excellent relationship management and senior-level negotiation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
