Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop staff and leadership teams for up to 300 indirect employees
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations to meet quality, productivity, cost and service targets
- Own KPI-based performance management, initiating corrective actions and improvements
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, labour regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001, GDP)
- Collaborate on logistics projects and implement new processes or concepts
- Provide structured reporting and transparent updates to the Director Logistics on performance and risks
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years in logistics or warehouse operations with senior leadership responsibility
- Experience managing large operational teams across multiple leadership layers
- Strong KPI-based performance management and productivity steering
- Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in English and German
