Overview
In this role you shape the Group’s financial planning and forecasting, acting as a trusted FP&A partner to HR and Pharma Operations. You’ll leverage Pigment and AI-driven tools to improve planning quality and transparency, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will engage cross-functionally with international teams and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-growing company. This position offers visibility to top management and an opportunity to impact value creation.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Coordinate and continuously improve Group-wide financial planning and forecasting processes
- Own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance-management cycles for HR and Pharma Operations
- Prepare monthly performance analyses, variance reports, and management presentations
- Coordinate Group HR reporting including headcount and personnel-cost analysis
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities
- Improve forecasting accuracy, methodologies, and financial transparency
- Utilize Pigment, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Head of HR and Head of Pharma Operations and leadership teams
- Develop and evaluate business cases for strategic investments, transformation programmes, and growth initiatives
- Build scenario models and financial-impact assessments for key decisions
- Communicate complex financial topics to financial and non-financial stakeholders
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
- Approximately 4–6 years of FP&A or related experience
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business-case development
- Solid financial-modelling skills and ability to translate data into insights
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with Power Query/Power Pivot or similar tools
- Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning platform is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
