Overview
In this role you drive the evolution of our global Finance landscape by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, automation, and AI. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable, practical solutions and shepherd them from concept to go-live. The role blends finance expertise with technology to make Finance more efficient and future-ready across a global organization. This is a hands-on position with impact on transformation, process optimization, and system enhancements, delivering measurable value.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Serve as a functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and translate finance requirements into system solutions
- Drive continuous development and optimization of D365 Finance; conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses
- Manage finance requirements and backlog; support ERP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and external implementation partners; support testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, and stabilization
- Support D365 release and change management
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across Finance; develop and implement solutions with Finance and IT
- Promote use of Power Automate, Copilot, and other Microsoft technologies; evaluate AI use cases for Finance
- Support AI pilots and Proofs of Concept; contribute to ongoing development of Finance data landscape
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance systems, transformation, or process improvement
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury)
- Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects (requirements, testing, UAT)
- Ability to translate Finance needs into functional solutions and drive implementation
- Ownership mindset, pragmatic, solution-oriented; proactive in driving topics forward
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication in an international environment; fluent English, ideally German
- Nice to have: Power Platform / Power Automate, Copilot, AI, Finance data/integrations, Power BI
