Overview
In this role you will manage B2B invoicing, collections, and receivables within a stable, listed company. You will drive accuracy in the general ledger and strengthen internal controls, partnering with Treasury, Accounting Operations, and Retail Media. The position offers visibility into monthly closings and opportunities to streamline processes and automation. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on DSO, cash flow, and financial integrity, within a growth-focused pharmaceutical environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage B2B invoicing process and ensure accurate, timely processing
- Oversee collections and overdue receivables to minimize DSO
- Perform account clearing, open-item monitoring, and payment allocations
- Coordinate monthly B2B invoice run for completeness and timeliness
- Collaborate with Retail Media, Treasury, and Accounting Operations to resolve issues
- Prepare and maintain B2B AR reports and KPIs for visibility on receivables and collections
- Support internal controls and compliance with established accounting processes
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and quality in B2B AR processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Several years of professional AR experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment processing, account clearing, and receivables management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfort with financial and accounting systems and a interest in process improvement
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- EU citizen or valid Netherlands work permit (legal eligibility)
