Overview
In this role you drive the treasury and e-payment operations for Redcare Pharmacy, enabling scalable cash management and seamless payments for a fast-growing B2C platform. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and partner with Finance and Tech to strengthen liquidity, risk controls, and process improvements. The position offers influence over critical financial operations in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will contribute to reliable payment experiences and healthy growth in a mission-driven company.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a team of ~6 to maintain a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Own daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
- Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
- Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations in a fast-paced environment
- First leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Experience with ERP and payment systems, and collaboration with Tech teams
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to improve and build
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic setting
- German language skills are a plus
