Overview
In this leadership role you will oversee financial closing, inventory accounting, and ESG reporting for the group, shaping consolidation and KPI communication. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure IFRS compliance and support group audits, while guiding a small accounting team. This role offers strategic influence on how financial and non-financial information informs business decisions and reporting standards. A key hook is driving CSRD/ESRS-aligned ESG and financial reporting in a fast-growing European e-pharmacy group.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing across the group
- Oversee inventory accounting processes with cross-department collaboration
- Manage non-financial ESG reporting aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements
- Ensure IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
- Prepare consolidated annual report for accuracy and standards alignment
- Provide strategic guidance as senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting
- Coach and develop a team of ~5 accounting professionals
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Extensive financial reporting experience with audit background and international scope
- Strong IFRS knowledge; ESRS/CSRD familiarity a plus
- CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
- Stakeholder engagement across departments
- English proficiency; Dutch or German an advantage
