Overview
As Technical Superintendent you will manage service operations for specific clients, driving uptime and delivering on technical requirements. You work with a technical team to anticipate problems, prioritize fixes, and ensure smooth information transfer between clients and Huisman disciplines. You may lead on-site service projects globally, coordinating safety, planning, and execution. - Define and coordinate the scope of service activities for key clients
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure on-time delivery
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients
- Motivate and supervise service operation teams
- Oversee on-site service projects and travel as needed
- Ensure safe, financial, planning and technical execution on-site
- Facilitate clear information transfer between clients and Huisman teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Technical or project management Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience in multidisciplinary, international technical projects in maritime or offshore industry
- Coaching and guiding teams
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize and stay effective
- Willing to travel for larger on-site service projects (plus)
- EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands
- Dutch and English language proficiency
