Overview
In this role you drive service and warranty support for Huisman’s global clients, preparing quotations, handling orders, and providing timely commercial advice. You will work within the service department to maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and balancing technical and commercial considerations in warranty cases. This is an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and play a key part in our energy-transition mission.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Quote and order handling
- Expediting and invoicing
- Providing advice and solutions to customers with internal collaboration
- Analyzing warranty claims and technical inquiries with commercial impact
- Generating and following up leads/prospects
- Initiating logistics activities and defining requirements
- Preparing purchase requests and ensuring handover to Supply Chain
- Monitoring timely delivery and reporting non-conformances
- Suggesting improvements for customer relationship management
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum MBO 4 with HBO working and thinking level
- Affinity with service components, administration and sales support
- Ability to adapt to new requirements and prioritize
- Strong analytical thinking and accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to interpret technical documentation
- EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week (full-time preferred)
- Self-critical with proposed solutions
- Organisationally sensitive and service minded
- Accurate with ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment
