Overview
As SAP Finance Business Analyst, you bridge Mammoet’s Finance organization and the SAP Finance landscape to standardize and optimize financial processes. You drive improvements in SAP FI/CO, Vendor Invoice Management, E-Invoicing, and Treasury, while supporting ongoing FI/CO operations and global transformation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions and enable data-driven decision-making. This role sits at the heart of Mammoet’s One Way of Working transformation and financial modernization.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as the functional expert for SAP Finance solutions and processes, and continuously improve SAP FI/CO functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and designs.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and alignment of Finance processes with global objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and simplifications.
- Facilitate Finance workshops to uncover improvements; support testing, deployment, training, and change adoption.
- Support Finance transformation initiatives and SAP-related projects; contribute to a global One Way of Working for Finance processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver improvements; support Agile and traditional project delivery.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives using SAC and SAP Group Reporting when applicable.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- SAP FI/CO expertise with strong business-process and technology understanding.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels of the business.
- Experience in SAP Finance-focused roles in international settings; end-to-end finance process knowledge.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Group Reporting is a strong plus.
