Overview
In this role you provide remote IT/OT support to keep complex customer environments stable and secure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while monitoring system health. You’ll contribute to upgrades, release management, and commissioning activities, driving reliable operations and proactive maintenance. This position offers hands-on problem solving at the intersection of IT, OT, networking, software, and security, with a focus on service quality and customer outcomes. You’ll work independently and own issues from initial diagnosis to resolution, with opportunities to shape preventive practices and knowledge sharing.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line remote IT/OT support and incident resolution
- Troubleshoot software, networking, and system-related issues
- Perform remote preventive maintenance and monitor system health and performance
- Support software upgrades, implementations, and release management
- Assist with commissioning, FAT and SAT testing of complex systems
- Analyse logs and system data to identify trends and root causes
- Coordinate escalations, repairs, and maintenance with internal teams and third parties
- Document incidents, solutions, and activities and share technical information with customers and teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in IT/OT support or similar environments
- Good knowledge of IT, networking and security technologies
- Understanding of OT/industrial environments
- Basic knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proactive, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and own incidents
- Good English communication skills
- German is a plus
- MBO Level 4 ICT level or equivalent experience
