Overview
As Supervisor, Customs Brokerage you oversee daily customs operations and ensure fast, compliant clearance for imports, exports and transits. You lead a team within Customs Operations to optimize processes, manage stakeholder relations, and support audits. The role sits at the heart of our open, collaborative culture and mission to connect global supply chains. You will shape day-to-day performance with a focus on KPI delivery and continuous improvement.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee customs clearance processes for local imports, exports and transits
- Monitor quality of daily activities and implement interventions for non-conformance
- Review and approve complex customs declarations and non-fiscal obligations
- Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance for payment
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Plan work schedules and manage team performance, identify training needs and motivate the team to achieve objectives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field
- Excellent knowledge of customs regulations
- Experience with Softpak and AI-applications
- Experience with HS-code classification, Origin and Customs Value Calculations
- Experience with Limited fiscal Representation
- Knowledge of Customer KPI/SLA management
- Excellent command of English and Dutch; German knowledge is an asset
- Experience in supervising/training a team is a plus
