Overview
As an ArcGIS-driven subject matter expert, you guide customers through complex GIS-enabled solutions within an account team. You will showcase Esri technology to C-level and technical stakeholders, shaping strategies that address critical business challenges in AEC and Utilities. You’ll design and present solutions that demonstrate tangible GIS value at scale, including integration with enterprise systems. This is a collaborative role that combines technical leadership with strategic sales and customer success.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build relationships with customers and demonstrate Esri software as part of the account team
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers to drive revenue
- Serve as a technical leader and SME for Esri tech and the AEC/Utilities industry
- Develop complex solutions aligning Esri technology with customers’ business needs
- Design presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences at large engagements
- Provide configuration guidance and best practices to customers
- Share knowledge and coach new team members on GIS best practices
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
- 3+ years of experience in AEC or Utilities across Europe
- Broad IT knowledge of ArcGIS (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, cloud, virtualization)
- Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
- Understanding of sales and business development processes
- Troubleshooting client issues related to Esri deployments and system architecture
- Experience with geodatabases and DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments (Azure or AWS)
- Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, analytics
- Programming and scripting in Python and JavaScript
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to travel 25–50%
