Overview
As Senior Supply Planner, you will manage the material planning portfolio for HD Europe, ensuring product availability and optimized inventory. You will partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain service levels and drive efficiency, using SAP MRP and data-driven insights. This role combines planning rigor with leadership, including mentoring peers and contributing to S&OP processes. You work from Oudenbosch weekly to align with the wider team and shape supply strategy in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage supply aligned to demand to meet service targets and ensure component and fabric availability
- Monitor back orders, shortages, and supply risks with timely stakeholder communication
- Coach and mentor Supply Planners and MRP controllers in best practices
- Align supply plans with demand forecasts, including new product introductions and promotions
- Own and maintain MRP parameters and master data in SAP for stock visibility
- Ensure SAP MRP reflects stock, in-transit stock, and open orders
- Replenish and manage inventory within stock budgets balancing service, cost, and working capital
- Implement and improve MRP processes, routines, and controls
- Provide analysis to the S&OP process with commercial and operations teams
- Track and report KPIs (OTIF, stock availability, lead time) to drive performance
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with CS, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and finance
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Work from Oudenbosch location once a week to collaborate with the wider team
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5–7 years of experience in Supply Planning, MRP Controlling or Demand Planning
- Advanced MS Office and Excel skills, with experience using SAP MRP
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Confident and effective communication with the business and external vendors
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building across functions
- Ability to own initiatives, improve ways of working, and contribute to cross-functional goals
