Overview
In this role you will lead imaging services projects for Medpace Core Laboratory, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of central imaging, ECG, and remote biosensing data management. You will manage study teams, coordinate with sponsors, and liaise with imaging vendors. You will schedule activities, monitor timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders. You will mentor Project Coordinators and PMs and serve as primary sponsor contact. This role offers growth in a global CRO with a focus on imaging and data-driven trials.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide tactical management and leadership to project teams to keep studies on time and within budget
- Track study activities (site start-up, performance issues, data submissions) using study management tools
- Ensure delivery of services to sponsors within timelines and budget
- Conduct regular study team meetings and schedule activities with clients and internal customers
- Notify appropriate parties of timeline or deliverable deviations
- Communicate study status changes to team members and stakeholders
- Maintain sponsor contact for project issues and act as primary liaison for sponsor, internal team, and imaging vendors
- Manage a study project team and supervise Project Coordinators and other Project Managers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trials research, or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Drug Development and 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience with imaging interpretation and acquisition
- Prior experience in a Core Lab preferred
