Overview
As SAP Procurement Consultant you own the SAP MM procurement domain, driving stability and continuous improvement across international operations. You partner with Business Process Owners and external partners to translate needs into SAP solutions. You will contribute to SAP implementation projects and strategic procurement initiatives, shaping the landscape for a growing manufacturing network. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Take full functional ownership of the SAP Procurement domain ensuring stable operations and ongoing improvement
- Manage incidents with external AMS partner, driving user satisfaction and problem prevention
- Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions with stakeholders
- Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA MM and support procurement integrations
- Lead or contribute to SAP implementation projects, enhancements, and rollouts from design to go-live
- Review and oversee changes delivered by external partners and ensure readiness for new functionality
- Support testing, documentation, and business readiness for system improvements
- Stay informed on SAP innovations to continuously optimize the procurement landscape
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years as an SAP MM Consultant, preferably international exposure
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM (configuration and customization)
- Experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage
- Experience in SAP procurement-related implementation projects
- Experience across multiple SAP modules and integrated processes
- Understanding of ABAP and basic debugging is a plus
- Experience with EDI and integrations is an advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management processes preferred
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
