Overview
As MEP Manager, you will lead mechanical, electrical, and public health packages on a major data center project in the Netherlands. You will coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to ensure buildability, quality, and on-time delivery of mission-critical systems. Your leadership will drive safe, compliant execution across the full project lifecycle, balancing technical excellence with contractor management. This role offers impact through shaping high-stakes systems in a global contractor environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable data center infrastructure at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage all Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integration
- Lead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managers
- Monitor progress against programme, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support commercial teams with variations, valuations, and progress reports
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum 10+ years' experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Lead
- Proven experience on data centre, high-tech, or industrial projects
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, LV/MV, BMS, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English essential; Dutch language skills highly desirable
- EU passport or valid Dutch work permit required
