Overview
In this role you will lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Business Planning, driving global solutions that boost growth and efficiency. You will oversee a small international team and partner with senior leaders to standardize planning processes and realize value from OnePlan. You’ll tackle complex, cross-functional initiatives, strengthening governance and decision-making across regions. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape planning practices at a large multinational and contribute to a more resilient, data-driven supply chain.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead a global team of analysts to design and implement strategic supply chain solutions.
- Serve as COE liaison to senior stakeholders, building cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive adoption of OnePlan; define end-to-end planning standards and governance.
- Manage intake, assessment, and prioritization of stakeholder requests; develop project plans and budgets.
- Identify risks, coordinate with IT/Data Analytics, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Oversee continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain and stay current with new technologies.
- Lead change management and training efforts to embed OnePlan in daily planning decisions.
- Navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years in a similar role at a multinational organization
- Certification in APICS, CSCP or equivalent
- Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and complex project management
- Proficiency with planning tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9, Arkieva, SAP IBP) and data tools (Power BI, Celonis) and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- OnePlan familiarity
- Advanced planning tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9, Arkieva, SAP IBP)
