In this role you manage global Healthcare key accounts from a Dutch base, shaping cross‑regional strategies and coordinating with senior leadership to align with quality and regulatory standards. You drive global business plans, identify opportunities across portfolios, and lead tender and proposal activities. You will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure resilient, compliant supply chains for essential medicines. This role combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution across markets.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage global Healthcare key accounts with senior leadership and regional teams
- Develop and implement global Healthcare customer business plans across functions
- Strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers across the customer’s global org
- Identify new global opportunities by analyzing portfolio, pipeline, and supply-chain needs
- Coordinate global proposals and tenders with Tender Management and Solution Design
- Steer global sales activities using Healthcare dashboards and performance tools
- Monitor regulatory trends, competition, and innovation across regions
- Document insights and translate them into actionable commercial strategies
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Apprenticeship in freight forwarding or a Commercial/logistics degree, or equivalent academic background in business, supply chain or life sciences
- Extensive experience in logistics or transport, ideally Healthcare logistics or global key account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management across cultures
- High customer orientation with ability to influence senior global stakeholders
- Engagement, solution‑oriented mindset and drive for global Healthcare growth initiatives
- Business‑ fluent English; other languages are a plus
