Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end process improvements across Manufacturing, OE and HSE, partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate workflows. You will support large transformations, including SAP S/4, while ensuring adoption and sustained benefits. You work with leaders and frontline teams to simplify ways of working and deliver scalable, value-adding processes aligned with the company’s objectives. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Partner with business leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvement
- Support development and adoption of changes using Change Management principles and tools
- Drive end-to-end process mindset during large transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4)
- Enable efficient, scalable, and future-ready processes that support growth and collaboration
- Maintain strong stakeholder collaboration and ensure improvements are embraced and sustained
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor-level degree in a related field
- 15+ years in manufacturing with evidence of delivering differential results
- Knowledge of management systems for quality and continuous improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM)
- Global, fast-paced, deadline-driven experience
- Experience in process management: mapping, BPMN, metrics, benchmarking, reporting
- SAP competency in PM, QM, PPPI, Production Planning, etc.
- Understanding of global chemical operations across regions/time zones
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
- Data modeling and master data/data mapping familiarity
- Ability to apply internal control considerations in cross-functional processes
