Overview
As a Business Development Manager at OMP, you will drive the end-to-end development process from identifying opportunities to closing deals. You will expand our customer base globally, collaborate with Marketing & Communications to raise awareness of Unison Planning, and shape offers with cross-functional teams. You’ll articulate OMP’s value, overcome objections, and manage the CRM to follow up on accounts. This role blends strategic selling with relationship building in a fast-growing, diverse environment.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- University degree in business administration, supply chain management, or marketing; solid experience considered
- 5–10 years commercial experience in business software solutions or supply chain consultancy
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and technology use cases
- Team-player with ability to work globally and independently
