Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team
- Analyse, challenge and document business requirements, processes, KPIs, and reporting needs
- Translate and structure business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the lifecycle, from requirement intake to solution adoption and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Solution Architects, and external partners to deliver scalable data solutions
- Define business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting requirements
- Identify data sources and data dependencies across SAP and other systems
- Support prioritization and qualification of Data & Analytics initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with Refresco data standards and architecture
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, IT, Data & Analytics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a similar role
- Strong experience translating business requirements into data and analytics solutions
- Experience with data analysis, profiling, and identifying patterns in datasets
- Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and understanding of processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or procurement
- Working knowledge of data and reporting platforms, preferably Snowflake, Power BI, and dbt
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to challenge and structure ambiguous business requirements
- Experience creating functional designs, process flows, and business requirements documents
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
