As AI Architect, you define and drive the AI strategy and architecture for Allianz Benelux. You bridge business goals with technology, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that align with the company’s long-term vision. You collaborate with business leaders, data experts, and IT teams to design enterprise-grade AI platforms and governance processes. You lead the adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps across cloud platforms while maintaining architectural consistency and responsible AI practices. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and maintain the AI architecture framework (principles, capability models, design patterns, target-state architecture)
- Translate business use cases into end-to-end AI designs aligned with Allianz standards
- Design scalable AI solutions by selecting platforms, integration patterns, and components
- Collaborate with business, data, IT, and Allianz Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Drive AI platform and vendor strategies, balancing scalability, speed to market, and cost
- Promote reuse of enterprise AI platforms and services
- Contribute to AI governance and Design Authority processes
- Provide architecture leadership across the AI lifecycle (ideation to deployment)
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and Allianz initiatives to mature architecture
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- extensive experience in enterprise/solution architecture and AI platforms
- experience designing enterprise-scale AI/data-driven solutions
- conceptual data modelling, ontology design, and architecture frameworks
- proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Allianz Data Platform)
- data and ML engineering (data pipelines, MLOps)
- AI governance, security, and Responsible AI
- strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate architecture to varied audiences
- familiarity with cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and platform strategies
- experience in financial services or insurance is desirable
- English fluency; Dutch and/or French an asset
