Overview
As Senior IBP Analyst you support manufacturing finance and controlling processes by analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing IT-enabled solutions. You partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with business goals, delivering measurable value. Your work spans cost center accounting, product costing, production and inventory accounting, and profitability analysis within SAP environments. You will help shape IT roadmaps and drive cross-functional improvements.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze current business processes and gather requirements to design functional processes and reporting
- Assess impact of changes on the environment and collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements
- Create test plans and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and maintain process documentation, specifications, and visual process flows
- Provide training and share best practices to enable effective use of software
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize IT initiatives and align roadmaps with business goals
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality; prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Support production issues and ensure IT service alignment with standards
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience
- Strong SAP expertise (ECC 6.0, S/4HANA 2023)
- Deep knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Production Accounting, Inventory Accounting, CO-PA
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel) and HRIS systems
- Experience in testing, documentation, and user training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and IT liaison skills
- Understanding of month-end and year-end closing processes
