Overview
As Maintenance Manager at Hexion Pernis, you drive safe, predictable, and efficient maintenance to support reliable plant operation and cost control. You will lead the maintenance organization, shaping standards, planning, and contractor collaboration in alignment with the Technical organization’s priorities. You’ll tackle execution challenges through data-driven approaches and continuous improvement, elevating asset reliability. This role offers impact across safety, efficiency, and reliability with a strong focus on governance and cross-functional partnership.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and emergency)
- Lead and manage the maintenance organization to deliver reliable and predictable performance
- Establish and maintain effective maintenance processes, standards, and procedures
- Manage maintenance execution in line with planning, budgets, and quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance performance and asset reliability
- Make operational decisions to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution
- Provide input for maintenance budgets, asset strategies, and improvement initiatives
- Escalate and align on priorities and major technical decisions with the Technical Manager
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor level background
- Minimum 10 years relevant maintenance experience, preferably international
- Experience in development of standards and procedures
- Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., SAP) and data-driven performance management
- People manager and team player
- Strong communication skills at strategic and operational levels
- English and Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
