Overview
As Site IT Manager, you lead IT services for a site or cluster, serving as the main contact for site leadership and steering committee. You escalate and resolve incidents with Operations, Applications, and Cyber teams, prioritise work, and ensure clear stakeholder communication. You act as IT Business Partner for the site, steering resources and aligning with global standards. You drive IT policy, security, and service delivery, while supporting budgets and site-level governance. This role offers a chance to shape IT across a manufacturing site within a global aerospace business.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as IT Business Partner on site and represent IT in the Site Steering Committee
- Steer IT resources with IT Functional Leads to resolve issues and assignments
- Implement, maintain, and monitor IT policies and procedures
- Ensure equipment deployment for efficiency and cost control
- Support Global and Regional IT operations and adherence to standards
- Contribute to the annual IT budget process
- Oversee IT services within a site cluster and ensure customer-focused service
- Ensure IT security requirements are observed across sites
- Provide IT staff with management support and pastoral care
- Support incident/change/project prioritisation and escalation
- Collaborate with Operations, Applications, and Cyber teams for timely issue resolution
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Systems experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of people management and project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with strong communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and independent judgement
- Professionalism, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong organizational and planning skills
