Overview
As Supply Chain Analyst at Flex, you drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes by analyzing performance, delivering actionable insights, and leading improvement initiatives. You collaborate with customers, operations, carriers, planners, and service teams, reporting to the Manager Control Tower. The role operates in a fast-paced, international environment where your ideas and expertise create real impact. You will help optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and enable data-driven decisions that support the business mission.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze and monitor supply chain performance using data and KPIs
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical methodologies
- Manage and optimize databases and reporting systems to ensure reliable management information
- Identify improvement opportunities across planning, transportation, operations, and customer service
- Support and coordinate customer implementation projects
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for process optimization and decision-making
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management
- Has experience within an international supply chain, logistics, or planning environment
- Knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, and/or TMS systems
