Overview
As Factory Controller, you partner with the Factory Manager to translate financial insight into actionable operations. You influence short-term performance and long-term strategy across 331 SKUs, 100+ export markets, and 10 production lines. You lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with strong governance and controls. You thrive in a complex manufacturing setting, driving cost improvements and safeguarding financial integrity, while developing the factory finance team. This role offers shaping factory performance and contributing to Nestlé’s broader aims through analytical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as strategic finance partner to Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team
- Drive factory cost performance by challenging assumptions and identifying savings opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period-end closing per Nestlé Accounting Standards
- Maintain governance and internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and evaluate CAPEX projects
- Lead, coach and develop the factory finance team and improve financial processes, data quality and digital capabilities across the factory
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master degree
- approximately 10 to 15 years of relevant Finance experience
- strong experience in factory costing and business controlling in a complex manufacturing or FMCG environment
- advanced financial analysis skills and ability to work with large datasets
- strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting and forecasting
- leadership and coaching experience
- proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA
