Overview
In this role, you will manage specification data and support PLM/ERP processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement and Supply Chain to keep specifications up to date and aligned with change requests. The position emphasizes data governance, troubleshooting, and proactive reporting in a dynamic, cross-border environment. You will collaborate with international teams to maintain governance and drive process improvements. This is a hands-on role that shapes how specifications underpin product development and regulatory compliance.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage end-to-end specification workflows and ensure data quality for PLM and downstream systems
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain to drive approvals on schedule
- Implement updates arising from internal or external change requests
- Provide data reporting, analysis, and correction to support decision-making
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist with policy guidance and escalations
- Collaborate with international counterparts on governance, efficiencies, and consistency
- Work according to R&D/compliance/nutritional/legal/food safety/quality requirements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in food science,
- Proven experience in specification management, product development or quality systems in food/beverage or CPG industries
- Proficient with specification databases, PLM systems, and ERP tools
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple assignments
- Track record of delivering projects with cross-functional teams
