Overview
In this role, you drive process transfers for our own technologies to external Foundries and lead process qualification and ramp-up to target performance. You monitor front-end processes, conduct DOE and SPC, and implement yield and quality improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams to solve out-of-spec issues and push cycle time reductions. This position combines hands-on analytics with collaborative problem-solving to strengthen our front-end manufacturing capabilities at Nijmegen and globally.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage process transfers to external Foundries ensuring consistent performance
- Perform process capability analyses, FMEA, DOE and SPC for process quality control
- Review yield, optimize processes via DOE and implement yield improvement measures
- Drive excursion control with root-cause analysis and cross-functional improvement actions
- Collaborate with product engineers on design and test sensitivities to process parameters
- Lead cross-functional continuous process improvement projects
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in applied science, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or other relevant technical area
- 5-10 years of Process integration/Yield Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, optimization, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and process control techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead 8D investigations and corrective actions
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with proactive attitude
- Familiarity with 0.35u CMOS and advanced node technologies (preferred)
