Overview
In this role you will define and drive the UI/UX design vision across our digital products, unifying legacy and modern front-end systems. You’ll create a scalable design framework and governance to ensure a consistent experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with technology modernization. You will lead a design team, embrace AI-enabled tools, and keep the organization at the forefront of UX/UI methodologies. This is a high-impact position shaping the design function within a world‑leading building management software company.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy across all digital products
- Create a unified design framework bridging legacy systems with modern front-end architecture
- Establish long-term design principles and governance for product development
- Identify and implement the design glue connecting legacy interfaces with modern experiences during modernization
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers with direction and coaching
- Evaluate and introduce modern design tools and workflows, including AI-enabled design tools
- Keep the design organization up to date with emerging UX/UI methodologies and technologies
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design within a product environment
- Strong track record in leading and mentoring design teams
- Proven experience with Mobile applications and AI collaboration with Engineering
- Proven ability to collaborate with tech teams to integrate new and legacy interfaces
- Experience with meta-driven front-ends (Angular, React, etc)
- Highly proactive and autonomous, fluent in English
