Overview
As Packaging Manager, you will lead highly complex packaging projects and shape long-term technology strategy. You will serve as the packaging technology expert across regions, guiding development teams and nurturing an innovation pipeline. You will collaborate with R&D, procurement, suppliers, and external partners to advance sustainable, high-quality packaging solutions. You will influence investment decisions and drive productivity and efficiency through packaging innovations. This role enables you to impact growth, sustainability, and performance in a global, matrix organization.

- Lead highly complex packaging projects, platforms, and technical workstreams
- Shape packaging technology strategy and contribute to long-term roadmaps
- Provide technical guidance and feasibility assessments to global teams
- Evaluate and recommend packaging technologies for performance, quality, sustainability, and efficiency
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in packaging solutions
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline across units and regions
- Establish partnerships with suppliers, research institutions, and external tech partners
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Coach and mentor packaging professionals to strengthen capability
- Support delivery of innovation, productivity, sustainability, and value engineering objectives
