Overview
In this role you lead strategic marketing communications for Nexperia’s Business Groups, translating priorities into integrated campaigns and compelling content. You drive end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize impact. You will be a trusted advisor on messaging and channels, leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and engagement. - Lead integrated marketing communications campaigns from planning to execution
- Develop tailored content for diverse audiences and channels
- Drive strategic event planning and execution
- Serve as primary communications interface for designated Business Groups
- Define objectives, messaging, tactics and measurement frameworks
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage communication plans for product introductions and strategic initiatives
- Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and audience engagement
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in Marketing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing Communications in an international B2B environment, preferably tech or semiconductors
- Advanced copywriting and communication expertise
- Experience with integrated campaign management
- Familiarity with AI-enabled communication tools
- Understanding of semiconductor markets or willingness to learn
