Overview
In this role, you lead electrical design for critical data centre projects, applying advanced 3D/BIM modelling and power systems expertise. You work across borders within a multidisciplinary MCF team to deliver secure, reliable electrical solutions and support commissioning in live data centres. You will engage with clients, vendors, and regulators to ensure quality and timely delivery, while contributing to knowledge sharing and process optimization. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage and deliver electrical work packages across multiple projects
- Define scope, design objectives, and project documentation for contractors, vendors, and regulators
- Write technical specifications and reports
- Assist in cost planning and risk assessments
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate proposals
- Review contractor pre-qualifications and tender summaries
- Represent the company at factory acceptance tests and site testing & commissioning
- Communicate project status to internal and client stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing within MCF and the broader organization
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and/or installation
- Strong knowledge of design and construction industry standards
- Understanding of clients' daily operations
- Excellent communication skills in English
