Overview
In this Financial Controller role you support the CFO as a key member of the Finance team, ensuring accurate financial administration and reporting. You help build a scalable finance function that can grow with the company. You coordinate month-end and year-end closings, prepare analyses and reports, and strengthen internal controls and processes. You work with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasts, audits, and cost control. This role offers real influence in a growing international organization and exposure to ERP improvements and cross‑border finance work.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise the CFO on financial, accounting and control matters
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, analyses and management information
- Improve financial processes and internal controls, including ERP and reporting environment
- Support budgeting, forecasting and audits
- Oversee cost control and accounts payable
Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 4 years of experience in financial control
- Bachelor in Finance
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus
- Accurate, analytical and proactive; able to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
