Overview
In this role you safeguard the financial integrity of Domino’s European operations, delivering high-quality reporting within a listed, multi‑country setup. You’ll strengthen governance, drive accurate financial closing, and support cross‑country decision making. You contribute to professionalising the European finance function and lead finance transformation initiatives, including consolidating systems into a single landscape. You work closely with senior finance partners to shape the European finance agenda and ensure efficient, compliant processes.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Financial Reporting & Closing: ensure accurate, timely statutory and management reporting across European entities
- Planning, Treasury & Financial Control: oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities
- Governance, Audit & Compliance: uphold internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance
- Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement: drive process improvements and system migrations to a unified finance landscape
Belangrijkste vereisten
- RA (Registered Accountant) qualification
- Approximately 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Big Four or a leading audit firm
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, governance and internal controls
- Experience auditing complex, international organisations; listed company exposure a strong advantage
- Affinity with finance process improvements and ERP/system implementations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding reporting deadlines
- Fluent in English; Dutch preferred
