In this role, you will drive global process optimization for the Service Parts Supply Chain, shaping how planning is done across regions. You will collaborate with IT, Analytics, and partners to define system architecture and improve data and master data for service parts planning. You will own Lean-driven improvement initiatives to improve inventory, material availability, and supplier on-time-delivery while ensuring quality system compliance. You will train planners, lead planning system projects, and represent Global Planning in cross-border efforts that impact cost and service levels. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Drive continuous process improvements to meet critical metrics (inventory, material availability, on-time-delivery).
- Own improvement activities and ensure timely delivery using project management and lean methods.
- Define and drive system/tool architecture and configuration with IT, Analytics, and external partners.
- Act as process expert for Master Data elements related to service parts planning.
- Lead global alignment and standardization of planning processes.
- Develop and refine supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and costs.
- Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to planners on forecasting, inventory optimization, and time-series/statistical methods.
- Lead or represent Global Planning in service parts projects requiring planning system knowledge with international teams.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5 years of proven health tech supply chain experience with expertise in supply chain management and service parts planning
- Knowledge of SAP and service parts planning tool (preferably Servigistics)
- Advanced understanding of forecasting, multi-echelon optimization, and time-phase supply planning
- Strong analytical and communication skills for complex problem solving and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in supply chain management, operations management or Computer Science
