Overview
In this role you lead commercial activities for a defined hospital territory, partnering with clinicians, procurement, and OR staff to drive patient outcomes. You will shape territory plans, execute sales strategies, and support clinical discussions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value for hospitals and surgeons, while advancing the company’s growth in the medical device space.

- Manage and grow hospital relationships across North Netherlands
- Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Support operating room teams with product demonstrations and clinical discussions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Collaborate with internal clinical, marketing and customer support teams to maximize customer value
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven experience in medical device sales within the hospital sector
- Prior operating room (OR) experience or strong exposure to surgical environments
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English and willing to travel throughout North Netherlands
